Shared narrative DNA: coherence without rigidity

Hypothesis

A conceptual DNA document shared across every page creates narrative coherence without flattening the voice.

01

Hypothesis

9 pages. 10 different copywriters. Each page with its own tone, awareness and format. How do you make the portal sound like one system instead of a collection of freelancers?

The hypothesis: a narrative universe (a conceptual DNA document) loaded into every page creates coherence without locking it down.

02

Method

On the first page, the thesis line took 3 roundtable rounds with 5 agents (15 invocations). The result was not just the line. It was the discovery that a thesis line is not a copy problem. It is an identity problem.

That process produced a by-product: a 139-line document with the central phenomenon and its technical definition, a three-tier phrase system, an expanded vocabulary, 7 approved analogies with usage context and 7 rules, including "each page takes one line". Every following page got this document in its payload.

03

Result

C1 (voice alignment) = 5/5 on 100% of Full pages. 6 pages, 6 different master agents, the same voice score.

Callbacks between pages emerged on their own: "It is not a bug. It is physics." (Home) comes back on Sprint. "Neither knows who started it" (Home) anchors another page. The Manifesto closes with a hook into the Lab. None of these links were in the brief.

04

What changed

The narrative universe is now a required artifact in the COPY FORGE INTELLIGENCE phase. The rule "each page takes one line from the system" prevents saturation. And the document evolves: every page produced can add new lines.

This is weekly.

One email a week with the densest experiments, filtered and commented. Nothing duplicated from the portal: the context that does not fit in a record.
